Refunds & Returns
All returns must be made within 30 days and received in original condition. Refunds will only be given on the original item amount, not the delivery cost.


Delivery
All items, with the sole exception of Jewellery, incur an additional delivery charge. This charge, if applicable, is clearly displayed in the shopping cart under freight and is included in the final total at the bottom of the page.

Our delivery charges cover orders to the United States and Europe only. If you'd like to order from outside this region, please contact us by email at info@glendaloughwoollenmills.com.  

Packages normally take 7 to 10 days to arrive by air post.
